Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Daily Gain (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. One account per person.

3. How rewards work

Surveys are provided by independent third-party providers (including Spectrum, delivered through our survey partner). When you complete a survey, the provider notifies our servers; your balance is credited only after the provider confirms the completion. Partial rewards may apply for screen-outs where the provider supports them. Providers may reverse a reward (chargeback) if a completion is later invalidated — reversed amounts are deducted from your balance.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are paid in USDT on the Polygon network. The minimum withdrawal is $5.00 and a 15% processing fee applies (you receive the net amount). Payouts are processed manually and may take up to 7 days. You are solely responsible for providing a correct wallet address — funds sent to a wrong address cannot be recovered.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: use bots, scripts, VPNs or proxies to manipulate survey eligibility; create multiple accounts; provide false profile information; or attempt to interfere with the Service or its providers. Survey providers operate their own fraud-detection systems and may reject completions at their discretion.

6. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity, in which case pending balances may be forfeited.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". Survey availability, rewards and provider decisions are outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
